Mini Session Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in my mini session?

Mini sessions are 20 minutes long and include 15 edited images! The images will be delivered through an online gallery where you can download your files and purchase prints, canvases, and photo books!

​How much do the mini sessions cost?

These mini sessions cost $175 (+tax) each. And all the permit fees for the location are included in the price so the price you see is the price you pay! 

How do I book my session?

Check out the Calendly link to see the available days and times! Once you've chosen a date and time slot through Calendy, you'll receive an email from me with a contract!  You can then sign the contract and pay your 50% nonrefundable retainer all at once right there online! 

Once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid, then you're officially booked! 

Where will these mini sessions take place?

Each year the bluebonnets bloom in different places than the previous year. This happens because when humans step on bluebonnets, they die and don't re-bloom the next year. So each year once the bluebonnets start blooming, I drive around like a crazy person looking for the best new bluebonnet fields I can find! Due to this, I won't be able to tell you the exact location of your session until about two weeks before. I can however tell you that it will probably be on the north side of town since they seem to bloom best and the highest quantities near the hill country!

How many people can we bring to our mini session?

Because the sessions are only 20 minutes long, I've found that they're best suited for groups of 5 or less! If you have a larger group, feel free to message me about scheduling a full hour-long family session instead! 

What's the turn around time for our images?

You will receive an email with a link to your edited online gallery one to two weeks after your session date! 

What if there's bad weather?

If I see that we have bad weather forecasted for the mini session date, I will send out an official email rescheduling all of the mini sessions for that date. You'll receive the rescheduling email no later than 3 days before your mini session telling you that the session has been canceled and rescheduled to a certain date. If you can not make it on the rescheduled date, you'll receive a 100% refund. 

What if we need to cancel?

Unfortunately, mini sessions are nonrefundable. To serve you best, I reserve that slot especially for you and turn away other clients who want that spot. You can only reschedule your mini session if weather causes me to reschedule the entire mini session date.
